Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent with the following details:
Your physical or electronic signature, under penalty of perjury.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including URL(s) or precise location.
Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the notice information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Takedown Process
Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will:
Expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material.
Notify the alleged infringer of the claim, providing your notice.
Forward your notice to the user for response.
Counter-Notices
If content is removed, the affected user may file a counter-notice stating:
Their physical/electronic signature.
Identification of removed material and desired reposting location.
Consent to jurisdiction in Delhi court.
Name, address, phone for service of process.
Good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Counter-notices go to the same DMCA Agent. We will restore content after 10-14 business days unless you inform us of a lawsuit.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, tracking notices and prior violations.
False Notices
Submitting knowingly false DMCA notices may lead to liability for damages, costs, and attorney fees.
Global Compliance
We adhere to equivalent laws like EU Copyright Directive, Canadian DMCA, and others. Non-U.S. rights holders follow similar procedures.
